Background Information:

Over the October half term break we visited my sister in Newcastle. One evening after a beautiful dinner at Osaka we headed down to the Quayside. The Gateshead Millennium Bridge spans the River Tyne between Gateshead’s Quays arts quarter on the south bank, and the Quayside of Newcastle on the north bank.  With the blue light long gone and the stars hidden behind clouds the best only option was to create a Black & White image of the bridge.

Pont D'Arc The arch, formed when the Ardèche River broke through a narrow escarpment between its meander, is 59 metres (194 ft) wide and 34 m (112 ft) high at the top of the opening. If you get a chance, hire a canoe, go over the rapids and spend time jumping off this Arch. Balazuc. A French commune in the Ardèche department in the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes region of southern France. Wicklow mountains. Beautiful area to cycle and test the lungs and legs. #mountains #cycling #ireland #wicklow #glendalough
